Submit an inquiry
I will send you a proposal, and answer any initial questions you may have.
You can schedule your own consultation call with me as well!
If you would like to proceed, I can send you a contract. We can schedule another phone call to go over the contract details if you would like!
Then, it’s song selection time! We can price out any songs you want that we do not have individually.
Song Selections
Song Requests: We take up to 3 unique song requests that we do not own per wedding, each is a minimum of $20.00, BUT will be priced out individually.
We allow up to two processional song selections (pre ceremony)
We do not take any prelude song selections, unless this is within your allotted 3 song requests.
Artistic Discretion on how the songs are played are allotted to our musicians' discretion.

(Harp is always going to be about 200 dollars more in any ensemble due to size/weight/ extra time for tuning 72 strings).
Soloists all start at 585
Duets all start at 900
Trios all start at 1,225
Quartets all start at 1,680
Song Requests
After you have paid your deposit, and signed our contract, our musician and equipment manager, Roisin will send you a Pre-Ceremony Consultation Form that outlines your song selection process. Roisin will send you our songs linked in the set list section of our website:
Set Lists available/ song request policy & suggestions
The Pre Ceremony Consultation needs to be completed 2 months before your ceremony so that we have enough time to find the sheet music you need, and our musicians (who work full time jobs) have time to practice the material beforehand.
Sound Equipment Policy
Asking for equipment usage after booking and signing a contract:
If you do not initially book sound equipment, and request it at a later date, it may or may not be available for an increased price (outlined in your initial proposal). Also, it may not be available for the same pricing originally quoted to you.
Using other vendor’s equipment:
As a company, we have a policy of not using other vendors equipment. This is to protect our time and efforts. It is more reliable to work with equipment you know, than to communicate with someone else and coordinate something that works.
